The system knows exactly how many products the channel robot contains and where they are stored.
Prescriptionsare quickly registered into your PMR, and processed completely by the system - giving you the time you need to spend with each customer, until the completed prescription arrives just a few seconds later.
The packdispenser is filled manuallyby scanning the product's barcode, and entering the quantity you wish to load. The software will automaticly let you know where to load your stock.
In our experience, manual filling is quicker and more reliable than an automated process.

A RoboPharma dispenser can dispense up to 180 products per minute. So you can expect to supply a complete prescription within 10 to 5 seconds, to any location in your pharmacy.
